  1. Even though I never been a fan of the Metroid games (no hate or anything like that, just not a close fan), I played a few of the Prime games and had a good time with them. It was cool to see MP4 confirmed at E3 2017 but it also raises concern for the development behind it. I was little surprised when I read not too long after the annoucement that Retro Studios is not involved and we don’t know anything so far about the current development team other then, according to Nintendo, they are very “talentful”. Whatever that means we’ll see but one can wonder if that “talent” (from a gameplay prespective) is the same one Nintendo saw in Team Ninja for Other M, Next Level Games for Federation Force and now Castlevania: Mirror of Fate’s studio (forgot their name) on Return of Samus. In that case, I can’t help but worry but I try to hold any judgements until we see the game in full action.
